1) Boil 1 litre Dhanashree milk and add a few lemon drops to make paneer. Wash drained paneer so that the sourness of lemon goes away. 2) In another pan, add 1 ½ cup sugar to 500 ml water and make sugar syrup. 3) Knead the drained paneer till it becomes soft. Start making small balls out of it and put them in sugar syrup. 4) Boil 1 litre milk on a pan. Heat it till it thickens. Add sugar, elaichi, dry fruits, saffron and bring it to boil. 5) Turn the gas off. Add sugar syrup-dipped paneer balls to the milk and refrigerate it. Serve them chilled. Your delicious Rasmalai is ready!
